This tiny wreath, dressed with red berries, little gold ornaments, and a simple candy cane bow, welcomed family, neighbors, and unexpected visitors through many Decembers.
When Leona found it tucked into the attic, the bow was still tied just as her grandmother had left it.
Some things don't need to be remade, they only need another front door.
